ForScan dual-frequency side scan sonar allows to survey large areas and provide high quality hydroacoustic image of the bottom irrespective of water transparency. The side scan works equally well in both fresh and salt water and can be used on lakes, rivers, bays and in the open ocean. The main advantage of ForScan is the ability to acquire real-time hydroacoustic images of the bottom over a large area over a wide range of depths.
